Efficient production process
The rapid prototyping process used by Kyocera enables the production of prototypes that have exactly the same properties as the series product. Thanks to the use of identical materials, functional and material tests can be carried out directly on the component. The precision of the prototypes produced is impressive with tolerance classes below 20 µm and surface roughness below Ra 0.4 µm.
